Return Policy
Any return must be requested within 30 days from the Sales Receipt or Invoice Date.
Defective Merchandise:
If any product you order is defective or damaged we will
replace that product free of charge. We will pay for the shipping back to our location. To
return a defective/damaged product contact us at 800-760-7942 or sales@survivalequipment.net. You will
be issued a return authorization number. This number must appear on the outside of the box you
are returning the product in. As soon as we receive the defective/damaged unit back, we will
immediately ship out a replacement product (provided we have it in stock). If we do not have the
product in stock you are returning, we will backorder it for you.
Merchandise for Refund:
If any product you order is not what you had in mind and
it is unused (resellable), we will
refund the product price less a 20% restocking charge. You are required to pay for the shipping back to our location. To
return an unused product contact us at 800-760-7942 or sales@survivalequipment.net. You will
be issued a return authorization number. This number must appear on the outside of the box you
are returning the product in. As soon as we receive the unused product back in resellable condition, we will
credit you the amount less the 20% restocking charge. If you paid for your product by
credit card your credit card will be credited the refund amount. If you paid for your
product by check or money order, you will be issued a refund check.
